Theresa May 15th in world admiration polls

Theresa May has broken into the Yougov list of the world’s most admired women for the first time, but is still below Taylor Swift and the Queen.

The company polled respondents across the world about which people they most admire, and the Prime Minister came in at 15th. In the UK, she is the 11th most-admired woman.

Jeremy Corbyn does not appear on the worldwide list for most admired man, but achieved fifth place in the UK results. Also in the UK list, Jacob Rees-mogg came in at 10th. Worldwide, the list for women is dominated by entertainers including Emma Watson in sixth and Swift ninth.
