Ultra’s boss buys shares as SFO launches inquiry

Ultra Electronics’ new chief executive Simon Pryce has bought his first shares in the defence and technology group, on the same day that a Serious Fraud Office probe into the business was announced. Mr Pryce bought 6,300 shares at £12.74 each on Thursday. Shares in Ultra were up 6.2pc yesterday at £14.05.
