Real Transformer

A robot has been created that turns into a car – in the style of the Transformers toys of the Eighties that inspired the hit film series. The J-deite RIDE is 12ft tall (3.7m) and its transformation process takes about a minute. Kenji Ishida, the head of Brave Robotics, Japan, said he was motivated by the animated heroes of his childhood.
