Ms Rachel Clacher was the guest of honour and principal speaker at a dinner of the Chester Business Club held last night at the Mercure Abbots Well Hotel, Chester. Mr Paddy Gill, Chairman, presided and Ms Helen Watson and Mr Bob Clough-parker, Secretary, also spoke.
