She apologises to MPS and admits her department did use targets for voluntary removals but that she was not aware of them.

A leaked memo reveals she was made aware of targets for deportations in June 2017, when officials also gave her an update on her demand to remove 10 per cent more illegal migrants than in previous years. The Home Office fails to confirm or deny claims Ms Rudd was aware of targets.
