Noble AGM halted amid dispute with Goldilocks

Commodity trader Noble Group has been blocked from holding its annual general meeting on Monday after shareholder Goldilocks sought an injunction this week and filed two lawsuits against the Hong Kong-based group. The dispute centres around a debt restructuring plan that would hand 70pc of the business to creditors.
