Sophie Winkleman has said she expected to die when she broke her back in a car crash last year. “I felt like my soul was rising up,” said the actress, who is married to Lord Frederick Windsor. She told Hello! that the kindness of the Royal family – and a “magnificently practical” gift from the Prince of Wales, the loan of his personal chef – helped her recovery.
