Three taken to hospital after ‘acid attack’

-

Three victims were taken to hospital after a suspected acid attack in Dalston, east London, in the early hours of yesterday morning.

A 17-year-old along with two men, aged 22 and 27, were sprayed with a “noxious substance”.

The scene is less than a mile from the Mangle E8 nightclub where Arthur Collins threw a corrosive substance, injuring 22 people, in April last year. Collins is now serving a 20-year jail sentence.

A Met police spokesman said: “We await an update on their condition. There have been no arrests.”
