MOD ‘risking security’ over funding shortfall

The Ministry of Defence’s refusal to admit to a £21 billion funding black hole is putting national security at risk, a report by MPS on the spending watchdog committee says. It claims this means it is impossible for arms firms to plan for what the military can actually afford.
