Fiona Clutterbuck to chair Paragon bank

Challenger bank Paragon has hired a new chairman after the previous incumbent was poached by the Co-operative Bank. Fiona Clutterbuck replaces former Barclays banker Bob Dench. The FTSE 250 lender, which initially specialised in buy-to-let mortgages, is pushing into mainstream banking following a restructuring last September.
