WPP considers EX-AOL boss Armstrong as chief

The former boss of AOL, Tim Armstrong, is reportedly being considered to take over the top post at WPP as the advertising giant continues its search for a successor to Sir Martin Sorrell. Sir Martin left last month amid a probe into alleged personal misconduct, which he denied. The Financial Times said he was one of a number of names being considered.
