Regular sex boosts the memory of over-fifties
Middle-aged couples can preserve their memories by having sex several times a week, an Australian study has found.
Data from more than 6,000 adults aged over 50 showed those who were sexually active had better memories. But, as people entered old age, there was no correlation between sex and memory, the research suggested.
Mark Allen, from the University of Wollongong, published his findings in the Archives of Sexual Behavior.
