Fast asleep, fast

SIR – I cured myself of dreadful insomnia (Features, May 15) years ago by listening to audio books – as undemanding and childish as possible.

After a couple of minutes I was fast asleep. Martin Jarvis reading Just William was the best (sorry, Martin).
