Troops across the world celebrate

Servicemen and women – and their families – from military units across the 25 countries where the Armed Forces are deployed have planned celebrations for the big day, with the British Forces Broadcasting Service ensuring they can catch all the action on television.

Brigadier Simon Humphrey, Commander of British Forces in Afghanistan said: “It’s important for our troops to feel involved.”
