No paper chase

SIR – I am not normally one to defend the Post Office or Royal Mail, but the staff at the newsagent to which Gerry Holman’s postal services were moved (Letters, May 15) should at least have advised him that in the absence of a form, the Keepsafe service (to hold on to mail while he was away) can be bought online or by a free telephone call. No paper form is required. Chris Willsher
