ELEGANT ESCAPE

After their wedding at Windsor Castle, above, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex left to attend an evening reception hosted by the Prince of Wales at Frogmore House. The Duchess had changed into a sleek Stella Mccartney dress before her husband whisked her away in a silver-blue E-type Jaguar made in 1968 but recently converted to run on electric power. The licence plate number was E19 05 18, marking their wedding date. As they left the castle they posed for a picture before the Duke gallantly opened the door, waiting for his bride to gather her long dress into the car’s footwell.
