Man accused of murder of 85-year-old widow
A 65-year-old man is due to appear in court today accused of murdering a great-grandmother in east London.
The body of Rosina Coleman, 85, was discovered by a handyman at her home of about 50 years in Romford at about 11.30am last Tuesday.
The Metropolitan Police said Paul Prause, also of Romford, who was arrested on Friday, has been charged with her murder and will appear at Redbridge magistrates’ court today.
Neighbours described Ms Coleman, a former seamstress and a mother-oftwo, as “incredible” and someone who was “always happy”.
