Royal ascent

A ballet based on the life of Queen Victoria is to be performed next year by the Northern Ballet to mark the 200th anniversary of the monarch’s birth. The premiere of Victoria, by Cathy Marston, the British choreographer, will take place in Leeds on March 9 2019 and be followed by a Uk-wide tour until June.
