Recipe Knotweed crumble

Ingredient­s:

 30 lengths of knotweed, around 20cm long

 1 banana, mashed

 4 tbsp orange juice

 1 tsp powdered ginger

 120g butter

120g soft brown sugar 180g flour

Method:

Cut the knotweed stalks into chunks about two inches long and then place them in an ovenproof dish

Pour over the orange juice

Add mashed banana and fill the gaps  Mix other ingredient­s and sprinkle over the top

Place in oven at 180C and cook for around 20
