Hunt for ‘kidnapped’ British boy in Spain

-

A British boy is feared to have been kidnapped from a Spanish town after his mother lost a custody battle.

The six-year-old, who lives in the resort of La Antilla on the Costa de la Luz, has not been seen since Friday.

Davy Thompson, the father of schoolboy David, reported him missing on Monday. He was recently awarded full custody of his son following a series of court cases after a number of years of joint custody with his 48-year-old Polish ex-partner, who has been named locally only as Mirka.

A court in Ayamonte, Spain, is said to have asked Interpol to help track down the boy and his mother.
