Police use hypnotist to help menopausal staff
A police force has employed a hypnotherapist to help female staff affected by the menopause.
West Midlands Police, which has a regular support group for those experiencing related health problems at work, has hired expert Steve Woods to work with women going through the change.
Mr Woods runs his company from Cannock, Staffs, and attended a menopause meeting at the force’s headquarters in Birmingham last week.
He specialises in well-being at work and said menopausal women had already expressed their gratitude.
