Neighbours in row with war veteran over tank parking

A VETERAN of the war in Afghanistan is embroiled in a row with his neighbours for parking a tank he uses for charity events in his street.

Stephen Cleator, 39, has a collection of 13 tanks and armoured cars that are used for good causes, including one which is left outside his home in Andover, Hants.

Mr Cleator, who was wounded serving as a tank commander in Afghanistan, has criticised “selfish” residents, whom he claims have expressed their outrage towards him over the vehicle.
