Got the cream

SIR – In our house, poached eggs are always accompanied by a generous dollop of Heinz “sandwich cream”.

If we could convert more users to this deliciousness, perhaps Heinz will consider rebranding it once more (report, June 6) to Poached Egg Cream. Peter Stanford
