A Russian MP has said women should not have “intimate relations” with foreigners during the World Cup and warned against biracial babies.

“It’s good if it’s one race,” said Tamara Pletnyova, adding that women who had babies with foreigners after the 1980 Olympics in Moscow often “suffered” as single mothers.
