Chef James Martin takes to the US highways in search of “some of the greatest food on the planet”. In this opener, he mounts a vintage Harley Davidson to hog it up in the Napa Valley, home to some of California’s fine-dine restaurants and greatest wine makers, who help Martin design his own bottle of red.
