‘NHS gave me a reason to smile’

Eve Senior, 15, who survived the Manchester Arena attack in May 2017, was one of the participants in the Westminster Abbey NHS national celebrations yesterday.

She said: “The nurses were very upbeat and were with me every single day. They used to try their best to make everyone laugh. That’s inspired me so much. I want to be a nurse and do the same for another child one day.”
