Lessons not learnt from fall of Carillion

Carillion’s collapse “could happen again” as the Government has not learnt how to outsource work effectively, a group of MPS has warned. Services are deteriorating because costs are prioritised above all else, the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs committee said.
