Poldark’s wonder horse breaks all records
SIR – The unmitigated misery to which viewers of Poldark have been subjected of late pales into insignificance when compared with the apparent abuse of Ross Poldark’s fictional horse.
When not galloping headlong across Cornish cliff-tops, it is expected to provide an express service carrying Ross back and forth to his parliamentary duties in London – a distance of approximately 600 miles – at record speed.
