Megafon to delist from London

Mobile phone operator Megafon is planning to delist from the London Stock Exchange, to free cash earmarked for dividends. Megafon, which is controlled by Russian tycoon Alisher Usmanov’s USM Group, said it would put more money into infrastructure investments. It will continue to trade on the Moscow exchange.
