Still beating your wife?

SIR – I wish all television reporters would stop shouting out inane questions at politicians in Downing Street (or wherever they are) that the politician is never going to answer. It shows a complete lack of respect for elected parliamentarians, which may be deserved but is still annoying.

The BBC’S Laura Kuenssberg is one of the worst (“Still stable, Mrs May?”). It is not funny and it is not clever. Kevin Platt
