Vimto maker hikes dividend

Vimto maker Nichols hiked its shareholder payouts for the first half of the year by 12pc, after revenue ticked 2.3pc higher and profit before tax rose 2.7pc. Nichols said it expects its strong sales performance in the UK to continue into the second half of the year. The UK division accounts for more than 80pc of Nichols’ revenue.
