BT hires adviser for sale of HQ
BT has taken a further step in disposing of its London headquarters, after appointing Cushman & Wakefield to advise on its sale options for the site. BT in May said it was planning to exit the nine-storey building near St Paul’s as part of cost-cutting efforts. Boss Gavin Patterson has in the past said BT would likely be looking for a “smaller, future-oriented working environment”.
