Apple supplier cuts investment

One of Apple’s key suppliers, LG Display in South Korea, said it is trimming investment plans by 3 trillion won (£2.03bn) due to an “uncertainty around the mobile market”, coming just a week after another of the tech giant’s suppliers cut investment estimates. LG CFO Dom Kim said unpredictability was high in the sector.
