Local lingo Holidaymakers asked to learn Catalan

Tourists visiting the Balearic Islands will be invited to learn phrases in Catalan as part of a drive to deepen the use of the local language in the Spanish autonomous community. Under an initiative by the regional government, visitors will be given crib cards on the language.
