Lloyds faces fresh HBOS criticism

A cross-party group of MPS have written to Lloyds Banking Group and the Financial Conduct Authority over the way the victims of fraud by Lloyds’s HBOS Reading unit have been treated, accusing the bank of “victim blaming” and abusing power. Lloyds said compensation offers were approved by an independent reviewer.
