Petropavlovsk cuts guidance

Miner Petropavlovsk has slashed its production guidance for the year, after having undertaken an operational review that revealed its new processing plant was facing delays. The review followed an overhaul of the board in late June, after shareholders backed a proposal to ditch senior executives.
