Eight hurt as man falls from play centre balcony
A children’s play centre was evacuated last night after a man reportedly burst through its security doors and fell from a balcony.
It is understood eight people were injured in the incident at Alphabet Zoo in Bradford yesterday afternoon.
Ashiq Hussain, the owner, said: “Someone just barged in, ran through the centre. Then police came running through the centre.”
A post from Alphabet Zoo on Facebook says: “Due to major incident, the Alphabet Zoo is currently closed… a police cordon has been placed inside and they are investigating.”
