Ferrari target ‘aspirational’

Shares in Italian carmaker Ferrari plunged as much as 10pc on Wall Street, after its new chief executive Louis Camilleri said the 2022 target set by former boss Sergio Marchionne, to double profits, was “aspirational”. It came as Ferrari posted a 7pc rise in profits for the three months to the end of June, as sales volumes rose 5pc.
