Train to Busan (2016)

 This South Korean horror film about a train journey disrupted by a hellish on-board zombie outbreak is luckily different to most – the storylines are rounded off with satisfying poignancy, and the drama neatly self-contained. Ultimately, however, the film’s greatest strength is its surprising humanity: it forces you to care not just about the main characters, but about a number of the individuals caught up in the chaos.
