‘Dear Ivanka’ messages over migrant children

A host of celebrities have used Instagram to urge Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, to act over the “inhumane” separation of migrant families at the US border.

A number of figures posted the same Dear Ivanka message including Amy Schumer, the comic actor, Alexa Chung, the model and TV presenter, and Sophia Amoruso, Girlboss founder. More than 2,500 children were separated from families caught illegally crossing into the US earlier this year, sparking outrage.
