Moody’s registers Stockholm unit

Credit rating agency Moody’s has converted its Swedish branch into a subsidiary, in a bid to protect against any Brexit fallout. The majority of Moody’s operations are run from London. It said registering its Stockholm branch would “enhance our service and support to the debt capital markets across the EU”.
