Man killed in alleged hit-and-run near GCHQ
A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a suspected hit-and-run outside the GCHQ spy agency.
Police closed off the A40 in Cheltenham after the body of a man, described as white male aged between 35 and 45, was found in the road around 2am yesterday.
A 62-year-old man was held and later released under investigation, police said.
