Ex-guralp Systems heads accused of bribery

Two former heads at Uk-based Güralp Systems, a seismic-testing company, have been charged with conspiring to bribe a South Korean public official and an employee of the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources, between 2002 and 2015. Both men will appear at Westminster magistrates court on Monday. It follows a two year probe by the SFO into Güralp Systems. Güralp Systems, which self-reported the issue to the SFO, declined to comment.
