BBC Proms 2018 BBC FOUR, 7.30PM
The Budapest Festival Orchestra and its founder conductor Ivan Fischer return to the Royal Albert Hall for a programme paying tribute to their homeland. It includes Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsodies and Brahms’s Hungarian Dances, here enhanced by folk musicians, so expect a scintillating reworking of some familiar music.
