Tilting for the teenage market, Netflix’s latest series is an eight-part supernatural drama starring newcomers Percelle Ascott and Sorcha Groundsell as young lovers who flee their home lives, only to discover the latter’s ability to shape-shift. Enter Guy Pearce as mysterious scientist Halvorson who reassures the gifted young woman that she is not alone. But, dark forces, are taking a worrying interest in their movements. GT
