All grown up

Maasai boys hold sticks during a coming-of-age initiation ceremony near the town of Bisil, Kajiado county in Kenya. Thousands of youngsters were painted with red ochre pigment and had a blessing of milk and beer sprayed on them as part of the custom to mark their passing into early manhood.
