The secret to a happy life is to swim in the sea every day, Lady Amelia Windsor has said. The young royal stars on the cover of next month’s Tatler, along with rugby player Maro Itoje in a “sport luxe fashion” special. The magazine also proclaims the Duchess of Sussex its “girl of the year”, as it celebrates six decades of the award.

Lady Amelia, a contributing editor, said in an interview: “I would love to live in Dorset or Devon and swim in the sea every day come rain or shine. I’m convinced it’s the key to happiness.”
