Satellite row Britain ready to go it alone, says May

BRITAIN will push ahead with a rival satellite system to Galileo if the EU does not back down over freezing British companies out of the programme, Theresa May has said.

The Prime Minister insisted she was not making an “idle threat”. She said £92million from the £3billion Brexit readiness had been allocated to create detailed proposals for a “sovereign” satellite guidance system.
