Venezuela’s example

SIR – Over the weekend the BBC carried reports of the dreadful plight of the Venezuelan people, as many thousands flee their country in search of some viable life elsewhere.

Perhaps Jeremy Corbyn could now be called on to explain the benefits of current Venezuelan social and economic policy, since it appears that he would like the same policy to be enacted here if he came to power.
