Bookies warned over withdrawals

Two online bookmakers have been ordered to allow customers to withdraw their winnings in one lump sum instead of in stages. The Competition and Markets Authority told bookies Jumpman Gaming and Progress Play to change their conditions due to fears consumers were being prevented from putting a halt to gambling.
